We wanted a wedding planner so we could be fully present and enjoy our day—not stress over logistics—and Ivona gave us exactly that (and more). In just six months, she brought to life a playful-but-luxe celebration in Malinska, Croatia that blended American, Croatian, and Filipino traditions and somehow it felt even better than we imagined. Our wedding was small in guests but huge in moving parts—nearly as many vendors as guests, many traveling from abroad—and our ideas were… unusual: complex video-mapping by a Spanish artist (non-English-speaking) executed with Croatian AV teams, custom setups, and a first-ever wedding at Hotel Vila Rova and its fine-dining Restaurant Vila Rova over four days. Ivona was the calm center of a very ambitious plan—coordinating dozens of people, languages, time zones, tech checks, and last-minute tweaks—while protecting our vision at every step. I’m a self-confessed control freak, yet I felt zero stress because I trusted her completely. Our guests from around the world are still calling to say it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. Ivona is talented, organized, creative, and composed under pressure—and she genuinely cares. 10/10 recommend.
